1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Must include original packaging, brand tags, and accessories.
- Return request submitted within 7 days of order delivery date.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Initiating a return is simple:
- Email us at support@tkraft.online or visit our Contact Page.
- Provide your Order ID (e.g., #TK-10293) and reason for return.
- If damaged, attach 1 photo or video showing the defect.
- Our logistics courier partner will arrange a doorstep reverse pickup within 48 hours.
3. Refund SLA & Payment Options
Once the returned package reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, your refund will be initiated within 24 hours:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund credited directly to original bank account / card / UPI in 2-4 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund credited to your provided UPI ID or bank account details within 2 business days.
